(1)检查给料机和激振器振幅，振幅不得超过给料机设计极限值。
(2)检查主振橡胶弹簧是否有开裂。
(3)检查隔振弹簧是否有开裂。
(4)检查各紧固螺栓是否有松动。
(5)检查电动机运转中是否有异常声响。
2.给料机运行初期一周内，必须每天检查并拧紧各连接螺栓，一周后，可隔一天检查并拧紧一次，直到设备运行稳定为止。
3.电机维修与保养按电机使用说明书进行。
4.振动给料机操作规程
(1)给料机安装与振动电机接线后，进行全面安全检查，以避免开机后发生人身与设备事故，确认各处螺栓紧固，设备可靠接地，方可开机。
(2)给料机不宜空载运转时间过长，30分钟以内停机后，要将全部螺栓紧固一次，以后要定期检查，发现松动及时紧固，确保振动电机与设备的牢固连接。
(3)在调整给料量时，可以通过以下方法进行。
a.调整加大振动电机的激振力。
b.调整槽体吊挂的长度，使槽体沿下料方向往下倾斜，倾斜角度在通常情况下0~-140范围内，按不同物料的自然安息角，以不自动跑料为原则。
