1.移动式皮带运输机运转作业前，应将行走轮用三角木对称楔紧。固定式皮带运输机，应安装在牢固的基础上。
2.起动前，调整好办减速这松紧度，带扣应牢固，轴承、齿轮、链条等传动部件应良好，托轮和防护装置应齐全，电器接地(接零)保护良好，输送带与滚筒宽度应一致。
3.应先空载起动，待运转正常后，方可均匀装料，不得先装料后起动。
4.作业中，应随时注意机械的运转情况如发现输送带有松驰或走偏现象，应停车进行调整或修理。严禁在运转中进行修理和调整。
